Thrissur: Devamatha CMI Public School celebrated Chavara Day on 06/01/2025, honoring the life and legacy of Blessed Kuriakose Elias Chavara, the founder of the CMI Congregation and a prominent figure in Kerala’s educational and social reforms.

The event was inaugurated by Sunny Punneliparambil CMI, a respected member of the CMI community, who delivered an inspiring address on Chavara’s vision for education and social upliftment. The occasion was marked by vibrant student performances, including dances, skits, and songs, all reflecting Chavara’s teachings.
